STORY
​Our ethos is to only sell raw dog food diets that we feed our own dogs and only deal with companies that we know and trust.
Four Paws Pantry was established in April 2015 by Phil & Rach, a husband and wife team from Christchurch, Dorset. Sadly Phil was diagnosed with cancer in January 2022 and lost his fight with this horrible disease, passing away in August 2023; he is very much missed by Rach and their dogs. Concentrating on keeping the small business going has been a godsend for Rach and an active way to remember Phil on a daily basis.
Between them, they had dogs for over 50 years and, in the last 40 years, were dedicated to training and breeding healthy, happy working dogs.
"We gave our puppies the best start by rearing them as nature intended, on a raw diet for puppies. Our adult dogs are fed a varied diet of raw meat, vegetables and bones, otherwise known as the B.A.R.F. diet (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food or Bones And Raw Food).

We are Dorset's premier stockist of Manifold Valley Meats (MVM), Nutriment, Natural Instinct & Durham Animal Feeds (DAF). ​We deliver raw pet food throughout Dorset, Hampshire and the New Forest.
We appreciate that the subject of what to feed your four-legged friend can be a very emotive one, and strongly encourage people to do their own research on the B.A.R.F. diet, with an open mind and reach their own conclusions.

At Dog Is Love, I understand that every dog is unique and requires individualised training.
That is why I, Rach, work hard to provide tailored training solutions for every dog and their owner. I have had dogs in my life for over fifty years and became a full time training professional in 2013.
I am experienced in all areas of training and also a TTouch Practitioner, Animal Centred Education (ACE) Tutor, and City & Guilds Certified Scentwork Instructor & Handler. My professional credentials. combined with my holistic and fear free approach mean I have a wide range of skills to share with you and your dog.

Whether it is tackling training problems, home alone time anxiety, or building trust and confidence in both you and your dog, I will get alongside you and support you on your journey.

Our taster team of five adult dogs are active, happy and healthy. They are fed a quality raw food diet, with plenty of variety and we mix and match to ensure they get the best. After all, they are what they eat! Just like us!
